Well quite simply £40 is $80 so she would feel a bit done for im sure in the finances stakes....

why not give her $80 dollars and let her buy stamps, sweeties, new lip stick and a pair of gorgeous blingy sandles for summer :D Oh and a coffee to carry inher other hand as shes wandering down the street a la posh spice...

I would think it would be a whole heap of Cosmo cricket stuff!!!!! £40 would buy a heap of stash! If the Guv manages to reign herself in a bit there may be enough for a die or two for her die cutter as probably a couple she still wants (!), maybe a stamp and possibly a few balls of beautiful wool too!
I think probably all spent on Cosmo and the credit card will pay for everything over the £40 mark!!!!!

That is the most adorable bag I have ever seen! Hech, yeah I want to win it. And I think "the Guv" should add quite a few goodies to is. I don't know how much 40 pounds is worth in American dollars, but chocolate for sure, although that wouldn't make it across the pond to me, loads of scrapping goodies, like ribbon, chipboard and a whole lotta bling!
:D

Ohh, lovely bag. Well assuming that the Guv has excellent taste she is sure to fill it with some yummy goodies including some chipboard, ribbons and some lovely stamps. Not sure if the bag is big enough to fit 12x12 so maybe she would have some smaller papers too, in nice summery colours. And of course some luxurious chocs to enjoy while she plays with the goodies.

I think the GUV would like something in PINK for herself, some metal embellishments for scrapping her boys, and a nice box of chocolates.

Well i think that the Guv should spend that money on gathering items that resemble 4 countries such as USA,Canada ,Tasmania and Australia thus spending a tenner on each country. By the way- nice bag.

I reckon Cosmo Cricket stuff, if there is any in the range she doesn't already have, a bottle of wine, choccy and a pack of ciggies! LOL! Celebrate in style!

Well, I just "discovered" that she's into some pretty cool bands...sooooo...I'd definitely think that she'd want the new Staind c.d. that's coming out in August to be in her bag (or a pre-sale reciept...heehee), some new groovy pens (maybe pink!?!) since she is a freelance writer, something girly like a mani or pedi, or maybe just a big 'ol bottle of wine, and of course, some scrapping goodies that suit her fancy :)

Oh, and this bag is simply gorgeous :)

I think you have all suggested absolutely wonderful ideas. Beverley probably had a tough time choosing! :)
